CAP Partner is a professional conference organiser based in Copenhagen. We collaborate with international scientific and professional associations to plan, manage, and deliver conferences, meetings, and events all over Europe.
At CAP Partner, interns are an integrated part of the organisation.
You will be given real responsibility, professional insight, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to international conference projects while becoming part of a committed, collaborative, and professional team.
Internship
Who are you?
We imagine that you:
- Are enrolled in a degree programme within event management, business, health science, communication, marketing, or a related field.
- Remain an active student during the internship period
- Work in a structured way and are comfortable managing multiple tasks at the same time
- Have strong communication skills, particularly in English
- Are available for an internship of 4–6 months.
Possible focus areas:
- Event Management
Conference planning, coordination, abstract handling, participant communication and logistics. - Association Management
Collaboration with boards, committees, speakers, and external suppliers of clients - Graphic Design
Front-end design, User Experience (UX), print, video-editing, animation
- Communication & Marketing
Websites, newsletters, social media, content creation, and campaigns.
