Introduction

The 51st European Conference on Optical Communication (ECOC 2025) welcomed more than 2,100 participants to Copenhagen, making it the largest ECOC conference to date. CAP Partner served as Professional Conference Organiser and Conference Secretariat, helping deliver a record-breaking event for the global optical communications community.

CAP Partner managed the abstract handling process and supported the coordination of the scientific programme, ensuring a seamless experience for authors, reviewers, chairs, and speakers.

From delegate registration to on-site coordination, CAP Partner oversaw key conference operations, helping deliver a smooth and efficient experience for attendees.

Stakeholder & Committee Coordination

Working closely with the Local Organising Committee, the Technical Program Committee, sponsors, and partners, CAP Partner facilitated collaboration across all stages of planning and delivery.

Through close cooperation with DTU, Bella Center Copenhagen, and other key partners, the event was delivered successfully and welcomed participants from around the world.

962 Paper Submissions: A record number of scientific contributions were received for review.

814 Presentations Delivered: The programme featured 618 oral and 196 poster presentations.

790 Chairs and Speakers: Including leading international experts from academia and industry.

Major Industry Exhibition: 348 exhibiting companies welcomed 5,944 exhibitors and visitors.
