The Conference
Global Podiatry Summit is a biennial international scientific conference hosted by the International Federation of Podiatrists, bringing together podiatrists, researchers, educators and industry stakeholders from across the globe. The summit is designed as a recurring global platform for knowledge sharing, professional development and international collaboration within podiatry, hosted in different European cities from edition to edition.
CAP Partner acts as core PCO and secretariat for the association, ensuring continuity, governance, quality and long‑term development of the summit across editions.
Partnership & Role
As both conference bureau and association secretariat, CAP Partner supports Global Podiatry Summit through a long‑term strategic partnership that goes beyond single‑event delivery.
This includes:
- Overall conference strategy and long‑term planning
- Secretariat services and organisational continuity
- End‑to‑end PCO services for each summit edition
- Stakeholder management across international and local partners
- Knowledge transfer and optimisation between editions
This structure ensures that each summit builds on previous experience while allowing flexibility to adapt to new host cities and local associations.
Planning Global Podiatry Summit 2026
12–15 April 2026

The 2026 edition in Copenhagen serves as a strong example of how the Global Podiatry Summit format is executed in practice. Over an 18‑month planning period, CAP Partner worked closely with FIP and the Danish Association of Podiatrists to deliver an ambitious international conference combining scientific excellence with strong organisational and experiential frameworks.
CAP Partner was responsible for the overall planning and execution of the conference, including:
- Strategic conference planning and project management
- Coordination with international and local stakeholders
- Venue management at Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center
- On‑site operations and delegate experience
- Support with scientific programme planning & execution
- Sponsorship sales and exhibition management

- Create strong conditions for networking, exhibitions and hands‑on learning
